📦 Processing Times

Because our items are custom-made, please allow the following timeframes before dispatch:

  • Design & Production: 5–10 business days (may vary depending on order volume)

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is completed and on its way.

Need your item sooner? Please reach out before placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate rush requests where possible.

🚚 Shipping Times (within Australia)

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (optional at checkout)

Please note: shipping times may vary depending on your location and Australia Post or courier delays, particularly during peak periods.

🧾 Tracking Your Order

All parcels come with tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.

🛑 Shipping Delays & Responsibility

Once your parcel is in the hands of our trusted shipping partners, delays due to weather, customs, or service interruptions are out of our control. However, we’ll always support you in tracking or resolving any issues.

Kindred Designs is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by postal carriers

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered
